Nunsploitation is a genre of sexploitation that focused on Christian nuns in convents during the middle ages. Specifically, ideologically Catholic, the genre focuses on sexual repression and celibacy.
Barbra Novac says:
“I have always been fascinated with sex as an act of rebellion against the church. Women in particular have used sex and sexuality as a flight path to freedom. The sexualization of the nun symbol is part of that rebellion.”
Typically, with the genre, witchcraft and satanism is a common theme. Barbra Follows this plotline to create a fantastic erotic novel that will titillate as much as it enthralls.
The Autobiography of a Flea
The autobiography of a flea was a source of inspiration for Barbra Novac in writing All For Nun. A fan of the taboo book, she was inspired by its writing style and driven to write her own sexualized text about young women forced into nunneries.
